Joan Bower qualified at the School of Surgical Chiropody in 1988 and is a member of the British Chiropody Association. She is registered with the Health Care Professions Council No 22692. |

Treatment
|
starts with nail trimming and then removing any corns or callus (hard skin). |

Advice and treatment is given to such conditions as ingrowing toenails, athlete's foot and nail problems.

Verrucae
|
can be eradicated using salicylic based preparations supplied. A variety of salicylic acid based preparations are available to purchase. Joan has undergone further training and is qualified to give Cryosurgery (freeze treatment) which is a more invasive form of treatment for verrucae. Weekly verrucae treatment will be charged at a lesser rate depending on treatment received and time taken.

All treatments finish with a foot massage, time permitting.
